customer service page. Here you will find answers to just about any
shipping question you may have. This page is basically an overview and
to provide a rate chart.

- Some items may require additional
postage. If this is the case we will notify you prior to billing
your order.
- Orders of in stock merchandise will be
shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Hazardous material cannot be shipped
by air and additional charges will be added for ground delivery.
- Shipping and handling charges are
subject to change without notice.
- We ship using several methods. We do
ship to PO boxes. However the carrier will not deliver certain items
to PO boxes therefore we ask that you provide a street address. You
can list both and make a note in the special instructions box of
your preference.

Orders
Outside the Continental US:
|
|
|
- Canadian orders are shipped USPS Air
Mail by default. Upon your request we will ship surface mail.
- At this time we cannot provide
tracking numbers on orders out of the country.
- Your order may require additional
postage.
- Surface mail to foreign countries is 4
to 6 weeks while airborne is 7 to 10 business days. Right now we are
only shipping surface or US Air
Mail . There is a minimum weight charge of 1 lb. US
Air Mail Parcel Post.
- Our policy is that while placing the
order specify in the special instructions box of the shopping cart
that you wish to confirm the exact shipping cost before the order is
processed. Our shipping clerk will then calculate and email you this
information for a confirmation that it is OK to ship the order.
- International orders are subject to
duties and taxes. The postal or local delivery service will bill such duties and taxes
to you separately.
- Payment must be made in United States
funds (by cashiers check or money order), Discover, MasterCard, or
Visa. Credit Card use is suggested as the exchange rate is
automatically calculated.
